Birds, trees, footpaths and the water mill below the estate. Three or four walks a week, plus the quarterly bird count with the conservation partner.

- Lead sunrise ridge walks and the orchard round
- Run the Tuesday and Friday walk down to the gharat
- Keep the trail clear of the two nesting sites
- Teach guests to look rather than to photograph
